Client Pages terms and confidentiality

Version 2026-10-26. Client Pages is an unpaid preview. Proposed prices are not purchase offers; no client payments, page-pack credits or tax invoices are provided by this preview.

Your work and permissions

You retain ownership of your project content. You give the operator permission to store, process and display it only as needed to operate, secure and support your private pages. Include other people’s names, designs, quotes and documents only when you have permission to share and process them. Your separate agreement with your client remains your responsibility.

Confidential access

Drafts belong to your signed-in account. A published version is available to anyone who possesses its current private link and PIN, subject to its release time, expiry and restrictions. Send the PIN separately. Access may be restricted for abuse or security reasons. These controls do not prevent an authorized viewer from downloading, copying or forwarding content. Already downloaded copies cannot be recalled.

Revisions, expiry and deletion

Saving a draft does not change the client’s published version. Republishing creates a new version and invalidates existing unlock grants. Up to 20 published versions are retained per page. Files referenced by retained versions cannot be deleted individually. Taking a page offline blocks new access; deletion and account erasure separately queue stored content for cleanup. Expiry is an access deadline, not a promise of immediate deletion from every backup.

Documents and processing

When enabled, PDFs are quarantined and sent to an authenticated scanner before downloads are allowed. PDF contents may include personal or confidential information; the scanner receives the bytes but not your account email or original filename in its request metadata. Originals can retain embedded document metadata. Scanning reduces risk but does not guarantee safety. Password-protected files, forms, active actions and embedded files are not supported. Current limits are 4 MB and 100 pages per PDF, five PDFs per page and 25 per account.

Client responses and opening activity

Accept and Request changes record the name entered by the viewer, their message, the time and the specific published version. Names are self-reported; these controls are not verified signatures or payment authorizations. Optional opening activity is disclosed to viewers and requires their opt-in. It is approximate and does not verify a person’s identity.

Support and service limits

This preview has no paid service-level commitment or lifetime-hosting promise. Do not use it as your sole copy of important work. Report abuse or a security issue through support. The operator’s confirmed identity and processing details are published below and in the Privacy Policy. Unconfirmed business information must be resolved before general release.

These product terms supplement the general service terms. Your publishing confirmation records the version you accepted in your account; it does not establish a client’s legal identity or acceptance of your separate project contract.
